INDUSTRIES AND OUR GOVERNMENT’S STORY
THE
STORY THEY HAVE SOLD US
This is it plain
and simple. It’s all about the MONEY. Dupont’s recent fine by
the EPA of 16.5 million dollars was nothing compared to the billions in
profits they made while lying, denying and covering up the truth. If
you look at most large corporations, they all have one thing in
common. They don’t care one bit about you and me as long as the
majority of consumers are still buying their product and the Government
stays off their back. Keeping the Government off their back is very
easy for them as they are the biggest campaign contributors to our elected
officials. Once they remove them, who is going to police, check and
watch out for us the consumers? Here’s an example; the EPA
regulations state that FREON cannot leak into the atmosphere and once an
air conditioning system has been identified as leaking, it must be shut
down until repaired. Yet, millions of metric tons of FREON are sold
annually and put into leaking systems. You ask how can that
be? My research consistently proves companies come out, assess the
system and re-charge it at least twice before tearing it down to get to
the real problem. All the time, they make money, Freon manufactures
make money and the EPA turns their blind eye to the statistics. I’ve
had a top ranking official with the Consumer Product Safety Commission
tell me that all products have an acceptable risk associated with them
that can and does include death. What are they suppose to be
protecting us from? The very system that was put into place to serve
and protect us is out of control and corrupt. Not one high ranking
official that we wrote to and shared our research and story with ever so
much as did anything else then refer us to the Consumer Product Safety
Commission. This government agency is not here to protect us
the consumer, they are there to protect big business. Upon being
referred to CPSC, we got no where with our complaint. We were once
again back to contacting top officials again. In our lawsuit,
corporate officials from Lennox, Aspen Coil Company and Smit’s a local
heating and air conditioning company in our area openly lied between
discovery and the trial and got away with it with the Judge. Our
attorney’s pointed this out to the jury in a convincing manor and yet they
prevailed. Industries war chest for litigation is huge and their
corporate attorney’s are ruthless in their defense. The legal system
as well could careless about the truth and if you don’t present it at the
right time by a certified subject matter expert that can change with each
case, you’re out of luck even if their testimony could convict the
Pope. It’s time we take back our country if it’s even
possible. If not than I recommend we eliminate as much industry from
our lives as possible and be very wary as they make things too convenient
for us. Trust me they want all of us to be very dependent upon them,
so they can keep feeding themselves. We must become self-sufficient
and only then will we truly be free of their corruption, lies and
greed!!!!
